Because of the expense involved in expensive shipping wheels, our return policy is limited to the following:
Defective wheel or wheels
A defective wheel or wheels can be returned within 14 days of the receipt of your wheels. Please contact us with a description and photos of the defect(s) in order to receive an RMA number and return shipping label. You will have the choice of a full refund or a replacement of the defective wheel(s). Within 2 business days of receipt of your return, If a direct replacement is in stock, It will be sent to you. Otherwise, a replacement will be ordered and drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier.
The wheel finish was not what you expected
If the powder-coated finish is not what you expected, you may return your unused and unmounted wheels in the same condition and packaging in which you received them within 5 days of your receiving them. Contact us to request an RMA number and discounted shipping labels. Please note that your refund will be issued once we receive your wheels in the specified condition, sans your return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
