CAD Modeling
We use parametric CAD software to design our wheels. It allows precision modelling to be within 0.01mm. We can also easily assess and modify features on the design. Extra material can be shaved off on spokes or on the back to significantly reduce wheel weight.
Design Optimization
Our wheels are designed for each specific vehicle application. This ensures the wheels to have the optimal structural integrity. And brake clearance will be verified with our collected measurements to ensure the wheels will be a perfect fit.
Structural FEA
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to test every wheel to meet JWL, SAE and TUV safety standards. The excellent mechanical properties of forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy allow us to predict its performance with FEA to an exceptional degree of accuracy. This ensures the safety of our wheel designs.
